Insight Investigations is a Sydney-based workplace investigation firm serving organisations across New South Wales. Our Director of Investigations, Alex Tawfiq, spent 20 years as a Senior Investigation Manager within NSW Health before founding Insight Investigations. We understand the regulatory environment that NSW organisations operate in, including the reportable conduct scheme under the Children's Guardian Act 2019, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and the standards required by the Fair Work Commission.
